Fellow Membership of TAAA
Fellow Membership is the highest level of professional recognition offered by the Talent Acquisition Association of Australia (TAAA).
It acknowledges experienced Talent Acquisition leaders who have demonstrated exceptional achievement throughout their careers and made a significant and lasting contribution to the profession. Fellowship recognises not only senior leadership and strategic expertise, but also a commitment to advancing the practice of Talent Acquisition through innovation, thought leadership, mentoring, and ongoing service to the profession.
Applicants for Fellow Membership must be able to demonstrate that they meet the following criteria:
- A level of professional membership recognising TA professionals who have made a substantial contribution to, and hold a sustained record of achievement in, the practice of talent acquisition, and who commit to continuing that contribution to the profession.
- Ten or more years’ experience in a functional TA role, including five or more years in a senior TA leadership position with strategic and budgetary responsibility, and leadership of a team of TA professionals contributing to organisational objectives.
- Demonstrated significant contribution to the TA profession, evidenced by activity such as conference or industry speaking, involvement with external TA-related groups, research contribution, or establishing new approaches or innovations in TA, supported by testimonials from senior peers or leaders. Awards (ITAs etc.) may also contribute to conferral of this membership
- A commitment to modelling excellence in TA practice, including mentoring, coaching and knowledge-sharing that advances the profession.
If you believe you meet these requirements, we invite you to submit a Fellow Membership application. Applications are assessed by TAAA to ensure the Fellowship standard is maintained, and successful applicants will be notified once their application has been reviewed.
