Corporate membership is for employer-side Talent Acquisition and HR/recruitment teams, public sector recruitment teams, university careers teams, and approved embedded TA functions. Membership is based on TA team size and the number of named member seats, not total organisational headcount.
Note: Corporate membership is only available to employer-side or approved embedded client TA functions. It is not available for recruitment agencies seeking sales or business development access.

Who is eligible to join TAAA?
Membership is open to professionals working in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, and related fields across Australia. We welcome both individuals and organisations committed to advancing industry standards.

What are the different membership levels available?
Student Member
For students preparing for a career in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, HR or related fields. Student Membership gives emerging professionals access to the TAAA community, selected events, industry updates and career-building resources at an accessible student rate.
Member
For practising Talent Acquisition, recruitment, sourcing, recruitment operations, HR and workforce professionals who want to stay connected to the profession, build capability and support the development of Talent Acquisition in Australia.
Accredited Member
For TAAA members who have completed a recognised TAAA Accreditation Programme, or an approved TAAA-aligned Certificate IV or Diploma pathway in Talent Acquisition. Accredited Member status recognises professional learning and demonstrated commitment to good TA practice.
Fellow Member
Fellow Membership is a professional honour awarded to members who have made a significant and sustained contribution to Talent Acquisition practice, leadership, education, standards, community or industry advancement. Fellow status is awarded through nomination, evidence and approval.
Corporate Membership
For employer-side Talent Acquisition and recruitment teams seeking shared access to TAAA member resources, events, updates, community and professional development opportunities. Corporate Membership is based on named seats and is available to internal TA/HR/recruitment teams, public sector recruitment teams, university/careers teams and approved embedded TA functions. Recruitment agencies and staffing firms are excluded from Corporate Membership.
How do I apply for membership?
How do I become a member of TAAA?
The application process depends on the type of membership you are applying for:
Student, Member and Accredited Member
Complete the relevant online application form (Student, Member or Accredited) and pay the applicable membership fee. We’ll review your application and confirm your membership, or contact you if we need any further information.
Fellow
We invite you to submit a Fellow Membership application and pay the applicable membership fee. Applications are assessed by TAAA to ensure the Fellowship standard is maintained. Successful applicants will be notified once their application has been reviewed. If your application is unsuccessful, any fees paid can be transferred to a suitable membership type, or a full refund can be provided if preferred.
Corporate
Complete the relevant Corporate Membership application based on TA team size and the number of named member seats, (Starter, Team, Corporate, Enterprise). We’ll confirm the membership fee based on the number of seats required, issue an invoice and request details of the individuals to be allocated seats. Your pending membership will be confirmed once payment has been received.
