Built specifically for the modern hiring environment, they focus on the practical skills TA professionals use every day — not generic HR theory
Certificate IV in Talent Acquisition (AQF Level 4)
Designed for recruitment coordinators, recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals with less than 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition seeking to build foundational and intermediate capability for recruitment success.
Diploma of Talent Acquisition Management (AQF Level 5)
Designed for Talent Acquisition practitioners, leaders and managers with over 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition overseeing recruitment strategy, workforce planning and Talent Acquisition leadership.
